Getting back on track....
Starting my 5th week on one of My Fitness Prescription's programs and I am definitely enjoying the results so far 💪🏼 It’s great to have a fitness program specifically designed around what I want to achieve and so happy that it is all easy to follow. I’m not just seeing physical progress, my strength has increased and my overall physical fitness has improved!
